When Edward Dulin's World War I draft registration card was filled out on September 12, 1918 in West Liberty, Morgan County, Kentucky, he stated that he was a self-employed farmer in Silverhill, Morgan County, Kentucky, that his closest relative was John Dulin of Silverhill, and that he was born February 25, 1884. He was found to be of medium height and build, and he had gray eyes and black hair.
