According to his death certificate, Walter Frank Conley died from "Shock - Due to contact with high tension electric wire - Thrown from top of barn to ground." Also on this certificate, his birthplace is listed as Kentucky, his birthdate as September 6, 1890, his marital status as married, his wife as Ella Conley, his occupation as paint salesman, his residence as Staffordsville, his parents as Winston Conley (b. According to Ohio death record transcripts, Herbert E. Holbrook was born about 1890 in Kentucky, and died March 1, 1981 in Highland District Hospital in Hillsboro, Highland County, at the age of 91. He was widowed at the time of his death.
