He was born December 14, 1866 in Jackson County, Missouri, died April 4, 1950 in East Point, Johnson County, Kentucky, and is buried in the family cemetery in East Point, Johnson County, Kentucky.
Notes: David Johnson was first married to a Fanny Burke, as is shown in their daughter Melvina's obituary (1887-1953) and on her death certificate. Melvina was married to a William May.

Pack Baldridge (East Point) and Thomas Baldridge (East Point); and 5 sisters, Miss Susan Baldridge (East Point), Mrs. Alice Baldridge DeRossett (East Point), Mrs. Celia Baldridge Hackworth (Bonanza), Mrs. Jane Baldridge Stevens (Cliff), and Mrs. Lydia Baldridge Patton (Ashland).
