She married (1) DAYTON HENRY STALEY, son of WILLIAM HENRY STALEY and MARY F. CYRUS. He was born November 1, 1892 in Kenova, Wayne County, West Virginia, and died after 1920. She married (2) WILLIAM HANS KELLY, son of LUKE KELLEY and ANNA (unknown last name), about 1929. He was born February 22, 1892 in Deering, Lawrence County, Ohio, and March 22, 1947 in Wayne County, Virginia.

When Dayton Henry Staley's World War I draft registration card was filled out in Wayne County, West Virginia, he stated that he was a self-employed farmer in Kenova, West Virginia, that he was married, and that he was born November 1, 1892 in Kenova. He was found to be of medium height and build, and he had blue eyes and "leight" colored hair.
When Hans William Kelley's World War II draft registration card was filled out on April 27, 1942 in Gilmer County, West Virginia, he stated that he was working for Minter Homes Corporation in Huntington, and that his closest relative was Ethel Kelley, and that he was born February 22, 1882 [1892] in Deering, Ohio. He was found to be 5 feet 7 inches tall, he weighed 150 pounds, and he had brown eyes, gray hair (and balding), and a ruddy complexion.

[Akers] Kelly died June 12, 1951 in St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia, from some kind of problem with the brain [hard to read] and arteriosclerosis. Akers and Lou S. Davis, the informant as Hobart Akers, and the burial place as Cyrus Cemetery.
