He was found to be 5 feet 10 inches tall, he weighed 142 pounds, and he had black eyes, gray hair, and a dark complexion.

Information found on findagrave.com shows that Robert and Minnie Hopson Akers are both buried in Akers Family Cemetery in East Kermit, Mingo County, West Virginia, although no photos of their headstones are provided.

Sherman Blankenship married (2) SARAH JANE CANTRELL, daughter of MOSES CANTRELL and AMANDA PENNINGTON CURTIS, August 19, 1924 in Morgan County, Kentucky. She was born August 7, 1886 in Kentucky, died October 27, 1961 in West Liberty, Morgan County, Kentucky, and is buried in Bill Elam Cemetery in West Liberty, Morgan County, Kentucky.

Information found on the Johnson County Historical Society's website shows that T. F. (Thomas) Sammons lived from December 15, 1854 to August 15, 1923, and was buried in Old Preston Cemetery in Thelma, Johnson County, Kentucky, and that Nancy M. (Music) Sammons lived from August 11, 1855 to October 23, 1944, and was buried in the same cemetery. The cemetery also goes by the name of Johnson Cemetery.

According to her death certificate, Nancy Music Sammons died October 23, 1944 in rural Johnson County, Kentucky, from chronic valvular heart disease. Also on this certificate, her birthplace is listed as Kentucky, her birth date as March 11, 1855, her marital status as widowed, her husband as Thomas Sammons, her parents as John Music (b. Kentucky) and Minerva Baldridge (b. Kentucky), the informant as Joe Stambaugh of River, Kentucky, and the burial place as Buskirk, Kentucky.

Information found on findagrave.com and a photo of their headstone shows that Rev. William L. Davis lived from 1889 to 1967, and was buried in Woodmere Memorial Park in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia, and that Martha Davis lived from 1891 to 1987, and was buried in the same cemetery.

According to West Virginia death record transcripts, William Lee Davis, son of James Davis and Trin Arrowood, was born about 1889, and died April 5, 1967 in Huntington, Cabell County, West Virginia. He was a retired miner and minister, and he was married at the time of his death.

She married JOHN MILTON BLEVINS, son of JAMES BLEVINS and MARY A. TACKETT, about 1916. He was born May 27, 1877 in Kentucky, and died in 1946. John Blevins married (1) LORETTA "RETTIE" WILLIAMS, daughter of ELI T. WILLIAMS and OLIVA J. DAVIDSON, about 1909. She was born August 1, 1891 in Kentucky, and died March 18, 1914 in Carter County, Kentucky.

Notes: Missouri "Zera" Reeder's name is found as Zera Reeder in almost all instances. It is found to be Missouri Reeder on son Wilford's birth record.

In that book is says that Hazel Conley's first husband was Emerson Picklesimer, and her second was Dick Conley.

According to "Johnson County Kentucky Cemeteries Volume 2" published by the Johnson County Historical Society,, Hazel and Lindsey "Dick" Conley are both buried in Albert Conley Cemetery in Collista.

When "Lindsey (Dick) Conley"'s World War I draft registration card was filled out on June 5, 1917 in Johnson County, Kentucky, he stated that he was a farmer working for John Conley in Hager Hill, Kentucky, that he was single, and that he was born March 24, 1895 in Hager Hill.
