She married (1) ROLLIE ROARK, son of LYDIA ELIZABETH BLAIR and JOHN ANDERSON ROARK, about 1913. He was born September 25, 1893 in Cyrus, Magoffin County, Kentucky, died October 31, 1918 in State Road Fork, Magoffin County, Kentucky, and is buried in Brushy Fork Cemetery in Lickburg, Magoffin County, Kentucky. She married (2) ROLLIE COLLINSWORTH, son of WILEY C. COLLINSWORTH and EVALINE VANDERPOOL, about 1921. He was born December 15, 1895 in Ivyton, Magoffin County, Kentucky, died April 22, 1973 in Cutuno, Magoffin County, Kentucky, and is buried in Collinsworth/Adams Cemetery in Magoffin County, Kentucky.

Notes: Rollie Collinsworth was the brother of Florence Collinsworth and Pearlie Collinsworth.

Evaline Vanderpool was the sister of Nancy Caroline Vanderpool.

According to her death certificate, Evaline Collinsworth died November 17, 1936 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, from pneumonia. Information found on findagrave.com and photos of their headstones (photo 2) shows that Addie Collinsworth lived from April 19, 1894 to June 6, 1962, and was buried in Brushy Fork Cemetery in Lickburg, Magoffin County, Kentucky, and that Rollie Collinsworth lived from December 15, 1895 to April 22, 1973, and was buried in Collinsworth/Adams Cemetery in Magoffin County. It also shows that Rollie Roark was buried in the same cemetery as Addie, although no photos of his headstone are provided, and that Rollie Collinsworth was a private in the U.S. Army during World War I.

According to his death certificate, Riley Collinsworth died October 29, 1935 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, and the cause of death is listed as "No Physician in Attendance." Also on this certificate, his birthplace is listed as Virginia, his birth date as July 15, 1858, his marital status as married, his occupation as farmer, his parents as George Collinsworth (b. Virginia) and Jemima Burk (b. Virginia), the informant as Clark Collinsworth of Mashfork, Kentucky, and the burial place as Charles Roark Cemetery.

When Raleigh Roark's World War I draft registration card was filled out on June 5, 1917 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, he stated that he was a self-employed farmer in Cyrus, Magoffin County, that he was married and had 2 children, and that he was born September 25, 1893 in Cyrus, Kentucky. He was found to be of tall, of medium build, and he had blue eyes and light-colored hair.

When Rollie Collinsworth's World War I draft registration card was filled out on June 5, 1917 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, he stated that he was a farmer working for his father in Cyrus, Magoffin County, that he was single, and that he was born December 15, 1895 in Ivyton, Kentucky. He was found to be of medium height and build, and he had blue eyes and black hair. Not being able to read or write, he signed the card with an "X."

According to his death certificate, Rollie Roark died October 31, 1918 in State Road Fork, Magoffin County, Kentucky, from broncho pneumonia. Also on this certificate, his birthplace is listed as Magoffin County, his birth date as April 22, 1893, his marital status as married, his occupation as laborer, his parents as J. W. Roark (b. STONE, daughter of JAMES M. STONE and MARY HOLBROOK, September 8, 1894 in Magoffin County, Kentucky. She was born in February of 1867 in Kentucky, died April 18, 1952 in Washington, and is buried in Evergreen Memorial Park in East Wenatchee, Douglas County, Washington. Mary M. According to his Kentucky death records, Jesse W. Pelphrey, son of Daniel A. and Sarah Pelphrey, died October 28, 1876 in Johnson County at the age of 18 from "fever."

She was born January 24, 1897 in Ivyton, Magoffin County, Kentucky, died February 24, 1949 in Seattle, King County, Washington, and is buried in Evergreen Memorial Park in East Wanatchee, Douglas County, Washington.

He married CENIA JANE ADAMS, daughter of JOHN H. ADAMS and LAURA COOPER, January 29, 1915 in Johnson County, Kentucky. She was born in June of 1896 in Kentucky, died in 1964, and is buried in Evergreen Memorial Park in East Wanatchee, Douglas County, Washington.

Notes: Laura Cooper name was verified by finding the birth record transcript of her son Roscoe R. Adams (b. February 23, 1912, Magoffin County). Roscoe is found with the family on page 11 of the 1920 census for District 78 (Ivyton) in Magoffin County, Kentucky.

According to Kentucky marriage record transcripts, John H. Adams married Laura Cooper on September 23, 1892 in Magoffin County. The witnesses were Amos Coffee and John Easterling, and the minister was S. M. Whitt.

A copy of their marriage certificate shows that Bernie Pace married Cenia Adams on January 29, 1915 in Johnson County, Kentucky.

When Bernie Pace's World War I draft registration card was filled out on August 24, 1918 in Magoffin County, Kentucky, he stated that he was self-employed in Ivyton [Magoffin County], Kentucky, his closest relative was Mrs. Bernie Pace of Ivyton, that he was born August 10, 1897 in Bonanza, Kentucky, and that his father was born in Magoffin County. He was found to be of medium height and build, and he had blue eyes and dark brown hair.

Information found on findagrave.com and a photos of their headstones (photo 2) shows that Bernie C. Pace Sr. lived from 1897 to 1978, and was buried in Evergreen Memorial Park in East Wanatchee, Douglas County, Washington, and that Cenia Jane Pace lived from 1896 to 1964, and was buried in the same cemetery.

According to Social Security death record transcripts, Bernie Pace was born August 10, 1897, and died in October of 1978. He received his Social Security card prior to 1951 in Washington, and his last place of residence was in Wenatchee, Chelan County, Washington.

He was born September 16, 1856 in Kentucky, died September 1, 1902, and is buried in Conley Cemetery in Abbott Creek, Floyd County, Kentucky.

Floyd County) and Mahala Davis (b. Morgan County), the informant as Albert Stone, and the burial place as Conley Cemetery.

According to her obituary, Mary E. Conley Stone, daughter of the late Thomas and Mahala Davis Conley, was a native of Floyd County and had been living in Ashland for 6 years prior to her death. She was born May 23, 1861, died October 10, 1943 at home after an illness of 2 weeks, and was buried in Conley Cemetery in Bonanza. She was survived by 2 sons, Malcom Stone (of Ashland) and Albert Stone (Ashland); and 1 daughter, Mrs. W. L. Music (East Point, Kentucky).

According to Kentucky death record transcripts, Mary E. Stone died October 10, 1943 in Boyd County at the age of 82. She was living in Floyd County at the time of her death.

He was born January 23, 1872 in Arkansas, died February 9, 1948, and is buried in Old Velma Cemetery in Velma, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

Notes: According to Arkansas marriage record transcripts, Docia Phim Slusher married B. F. T. Darity on August 1, 1895 in Carroll County.

When Benjamin Franklin Darity's World War I draft registration card was filled out on September 12, 1918 in Seminole County, Oklahoma, he stated that was a self-employed farmer in Konawa, Seminole County, that his closest relative was Doshaphine Darity of Konawa, and that he was born January 23, 1873. He was found to be of medium height and stout build, and he had grey eyes and black hair.

Information found on findagrave.com and a photo of their headstone shows that Dosha Phene Darity lived from October 24, 1874 to May 16, 1943, and was buried in Old Velma Cemetery in Velma, Stephens County, Oklahoma, and that Ben E. Darity lived from January 23, 1872 to February 9, 1948, and was buried in the same cemetery.

She was born February 18, 1862 in Kentucky, died March 26, 1918 in Barnetts Creek, Johnson County, Kentucky, and is buried in Rice Cemetery in Barnetts Creek, Johnson County, Kentucky. He married (2) (unknown first name) WILLIAMS. He married (3) CELIA JANE PICKLESIMER.

Henry Rice had no children but raised Donna Rice, daughter of his brother, Manford, after Donna's mother died.

According to Kentucky marriage record transcripts, Henry M. Rice (age 29) married Mollie Davis (age 28) on February 27, 1891 in Johnson County.

Information found on the Johnson County Historical Society's website and a photo of their headstone shows that Henry M. Rice lived from 1861 to January 7, 1944, and was buried in Rice Cemetery in Barnetts Creek, Johnson County, Kentucky, and that Mollie Rice lived from February 18, 1862 to March 26, 1918, and was buried in the same cemetery.

According to his death certificate, Henry Martin Rice died January 7, 1944 in Barnetts Creek, Johnson County, Kentucky, from pneumonia. Also on this certificate, his birthplace is listed as Johnson County, his birth date as May 22, 1862, his marital status as married, his occupation as farmer, his parents as John J. Rice (b. Johnson County) and Pollie Salyer (b. Johnson County), the informant as Vincil Fannin of Barnetts Creek, the doctor as Grant Rice [Ulysses Grant Rice], and the burial place as Barnetts Creek.

According to his obituary, Henry Martin Rice (age 82), died January 7, 1944 at home in Barnetts Creek. He was born February 24, 1845 in Illinois, died May 18, 1929, and is buried in New Hope Garden of Memories in Spiro, Le Flore County, Oklahoma.

Notes: Sylvania claims to be born in April of 1857 in the 1900 census, and even though her birthdate is listed as 1857 on her headstone, she's not listed in the 1860 census and is 8 years old in 1870. The birth and death dates posted here for both her and her husband here comes from a descendant of her sister Amanda - Joretta Pickard.

According to Arkansas marriage record transcripts, W. B. Hood married Silvania Slusher on July 15, 1881 in Carroll County.

According to Civil War pensions records, William B. Hood applied for a pension on June 25, 1889, and Silvania Hood filed as a widow on June 4, 1929 in Oklahoma Territory.

Information found on findagrave.com and photos of their headstones (photo 2) shows that Sylvania C. Hood lived from 1857 to 1943, and was buried in New Hope Garden of Memories Cemetery in Spiro, Le Flore County, Oklahoma, and that W. B. Hood lived from February 24, 1845 to May 18, 1929, and was buried in the same cemetery. William's headstone also shows that he served in "Co. D 122 Ill NF."

Silvania Hood filled out an application for a veteran headstone for William B. Hood in either late 1929 or early 1930. On that application it shows that William served as a private in Company D of the 122nd Illinois Infantry, and Company H. of the 33rd Illinois Infantry. He served in 33rd Co 7th Bn, 159th Dep Brig. That application also shows that he died May 18, 1929, and was buried in New Hope Cemetery located near Spiro, Oklahoma.

Notes: Ira Emerson Cummings was the son of C. R. and Matilda Cummings as is found on page 11 of the 1870 census for Montevallo Township in Vernon County, Missouri (dated August 17, 1870), and on page 4 of the 1880 census for District 40 (Union) in Conway County, Arkansas (dated June 4, 1880). His father's name is spelled out in 1880 but is hard to read. Ancestry.com has it transcribed as Coalinn.

When Columbus Green Hood's World War I draft registration card was filled out on September 12, 1918 in Poteau, Le Flore County, Oklahoma, he stated that he was a self-employed farmer in Panama, Le Flore County, that his closest relative was Cora Catherine Hood of Panama, and that he was born July 9, 1882. He was found to be of medium height and build, and he had blue eyes and dark-colored hair. Not being able to read or write, he signed the card with an "X."

Information found on findagrave.com shows that Columbus and Cora Hood were both buried in Shady Point Cemetery in Shady Point, Le Flore County, Oklahoma. No headstone photos are provided. Columbus reportedly died on August 1, 1947, and Cora on January 24, 1937.

William's headstone also shows that he was a private in the U.S. Army in World War I.
