She married GREENVILLE ADAMS, son of JOHN ADAMS and BETHANY RISNER, about 1888. He was born July 9, 1863 in Ivyton, Magoffin County, Kentucky, died September 18, 1934 in Oil Springs, Johnson County, Kentucky, and is buried in Oil Springs, Johnson County, Kentucky.

Greenville Adams was the brother of William Adams and Sarah Adams.
Bethany Risner's maiden name was confirmed by finding the birth record of her daughter. Delila Adams was born February 18, 1861 in Magoffin County to John Adams (b. Floyd County) and Bertheena Risner (b. Floyd County).
According to her death certificate, Alafair Litteral Adams died October 17, 1943 in Little Paint, Magoffin County, from stomach cancer. Also on this certificate, her birthplace is listed as Kentucky, her birthdate as April 23, 1866, her marital status as widowed, her parents as Wiley Literal (b. Kentucky) and Rebecca Pace (b.
