She married GREENVILLE ADAMS, son of JOHN ADAMS and BETHANY RISNER, about 1888. He was born July 9, 1863 in Ivyton, Magoffin County, Kentucky, died September 18, 1934 in Oil Springs, Johnson County, Kentucky, and is buried in Oil Springs, Johnson County, Kentucky.

    Greenville Adams was the brother of William Adams and Sarah Adams.

    Bethany Risner's maiden name was confirmed by finding the birth record of her daughter. Delila Adams was born February 18, 1861 in Magoffin County to John Adams (b. Floyd County) and Bertheena Risner (b. Floyd County).

    According to her death certificate, Alafair Litteral Adams died October 17, 1943 in Little Paint, Magoffin County, from stomach cancer. Also on this certificate, her birthplace is listed as Kentucky, her birthdate as April 23, 1866, her marital status as widowed, her parents as Wiley Literal (b. Kentucky) and Rebecca Pace (b. Kentucky, the informant as Bruce Adams of Little Paint, the doctor as Grant Rice [Ulysses Grant Rice], and the burial place as Oil Springs, Kentucky.

    According to Kentucky death record transcripts, Alafair Adams died October 17, 1943 in Magoffin County at the age of 76.

    MARY JANE BLANTON, daughter of JOHN NEWTON BLANTON and SARAH "SALLY" SIMPSON, was born in October 17, 1855 in Kentucky, died January 12, 1944 in Johnson County, Kentucky, and is buried in Whitehouse, Johnson County, Kentucky. She married ADRON NAPIER, son of EDWARD NAPIER and SUSAN HELTON. He was born January 11, 1843 in Kentucky, and died March 16, 1919 in Whitehouse, Johnson County, Kentucky. Adron Napier married (1) REBECCA STEPP, daughter of ROBERT STEPP and MARY E. RIPPETOE. She was born about 1835 in Kentucky. Rebecca Stepp married (1) JOHN N. BLANTON, son of JAMES BLANTON and SARAH DAVIS. He was born about 1838 in Kentucky.

    Notes: Rebecca Stepp and John Blanton's son, Elijah, married Lucinda Jane Hall.

    According to her death certificate, Mary Jane Napier died January 12, 1944 in Johnson County from acute peritonitis, which is an inflammation of the membrane that lines the wall of the abdomen and covers the abdominal organs. Also on this certificate, her birthplace is listed Kentucky, her birthdate as October 17, 1855, her marital status as widowed, her parents as John Blanton and Sallie Simpson and the informant as Mrs. Mauce [Marice?] Cantrill.

    According to his death certificate, Adron Napier died March 16, 1919 in Whitehouse from influenza. Also on this certificate, his birthplace is listed Kentucky, his birthdate as January 11, 1843, his marital status as married, his parents as Edward Napier (b. Kentucky) and Susan Helton (b. Kentucky), and the informant as Mance Cantrell of Whitehouse, Kentucky.
